These terms apply when you use the Fair Finance website and referral service.
Fair Finance is a lead-generation referral service. We are not a lender, bank, credit provider, or financial adviser. We do not provide credit or give personalised financial advice. We introduce you to a panel of approved New Zealand lenders who assess your application under their own criteria. Any loan is a contract between you and that lender.
We do not guarantee that any lender will approve you or offer any particular rate or terms. Approval, rates and terms are decided by the lender.
The repayment calculator and any rate shown (including the "from 9.95% p.a." guide rate) are indicative only, are not a quote or an offer of credit, and may not reflect what you are actually offered. Your rate and repayments are set by the lender after assessment.
You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information, to be at least 18 and a New Zealand resident, and to use the site lawfully. You must not submit another person's details without their authority.
By submitting an application you authorise us to share your details with our lender partners so they can assess it, as set out in our Privacy Policy and Disclosure.
The content, design and branding on this site belong to Fair Finance unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied without permission.
We provide this site and service with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the lending decisions, rates, products or conduct of any lender, or for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act that cannot be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
